Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive Marketing Officer to join our team in Nairobi. You will lead and execute our marketing efforts with a strong focus on digital channels. You will work closely with the sales and IT teams to enhance Glyder Africa’s brand visibility, grow community engagement, and support our mission through compelling campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
⦁ Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
⦁ Manage Glyder Africa’s social media accounts, website, email marketing, and digital advertising.
⦁ Create engaging content (text, images, and video) to promote our initiatives, impact, and brand.
⦁ Monitor and analyze campaign performance using digital analytics tools and adjust strategies accordingly.
⦁ Coordinate marketing activities for events, product launches, and community outreach.
⦁ Maintain brand consistency in all communications.
⦁ Support fundraising and partnership efforts through marketing collateral and storytelling.
Requirements
⦁ Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing or communications role.
⦁ Strong digital marketing skills: social media management, content creation, SEO, email campaigns, and analytics.
Experience with tools such as Canva, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or similar.
⦁ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
⦁ Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.
