Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive Field Sales & Partner Acquisition Officer to join our team in Nairobi. This hybrid role focuses on two key areas:
⦁ Driving Customer Bookings for daily rentals, chauffeur services, and airport transfers.
⦁ Recruiting Car Rental Companies to join the Glyder Car Rental platform and list their vehicles.
You will work in the field, visiting clients and partners, and play a direct role in expanding our platform's user and supplier base.
Key Responsibilities
🚗 Customer Sales
⦁ Market Glyder Car Rental’s services to individuals, tourists, SMEs, and corporates.
⦁ Convert leads into confirmed bookings.
⦁ Assist customers with rental selection and payment process.
🤝 Partner Recruitment
⦁ Visit car rental companies and fleet operators in Nairobi.
Pitch the benefits of listing on Glyder Car Rental.
⦁ Assist with onboarding: profile setup, vehicle listing, and activation.
⦁ Ensure each new partner completes at least one successful booking.
📊 Reporting
⦁ Maintain daily logs of sales activity and partner engagement.
⦁ Submit performance reports via mobile tools (CRM or Google Forms).
Requirements
⦁ 1–2 years of field sales or B2B partner acquisition experience.
Previous work in the transport, ride-hailing, or travel sector is a plus.
⦁ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
⦁ Fluency in English and Swahili.
⦁ Strong knowledge of Nairobi neighborhoods and business areas.
⦁ Must own a smartphone and be comfortable with mobile apps.
⦁ Confident, energetic, and goal-driven.
