Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Nairobi. As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the frontline voice of our brand, helping customers navigate our platform, resolve challenges, and turn complex logistics into seamless experiences. Your work will directly impact client retention and our growth.
Key Responsibilities
Resolve customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone (e.g. tracking updates, delivery issues, platform troubleshooting).
Guide clients through our tech tools (web portal, mobile app, API integrations).
Collaborate with operations & tech teams to escalate issues and improve systems.
Document solutions in our knowledge base to scale support efficiency.
Proactively identify trends in customer pain points to drive product improvements.
Turn frustrated users into loyal advocates through empathy and problem-solving.
Requirements
1–2 years of customer service or Tech support experience.
Excellent communication skills.
Fluency in English and Swahili.
Strong knowledge of Nairobi neighborhoods and business areas.
Tech Savvy, quick learner on IT tools.
Must be polite, engaging with a positive outlook
Confident, energetic, and goal-driven.
